style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">and have more comprehensive New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">I staged this house back in the winter of '11.  </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">The cutest little couple </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">had a grown daughter </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">with a congenital heart disease </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">and they needed to downsize </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">so that they could afford </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">to pay for an apartment for her </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">to foster her independence.  </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">They were really good people </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">and I enjoyed working with them </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">but style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">We removed the drapes </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">to let more light into the room.  </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">Heavy drapes with lots of pattern </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">are distracting to buyers.  </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">They were a little dated </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">and this is a much cleaner look.  </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">Besides, if the homeowners </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">really like them </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: large;">then they can move them to the new house!</span></span></i></span></div><div
