New Kitchen Decorating 2015: wood curtain rods

<div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">I'm back to decorating in the Master Bedroom.  </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">When we were last here </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">I had put in new hardwood floors, </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">painted a new neutral color, </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">painted my side table a Frenchy Blue, </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">bought a new headboard, </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">all new bedding, </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">switched out the lampshades, </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">and a sweet little Estate Chair </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">came to reside next to my new bench.  </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">Whew!  </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">That's a lot of changes!  </span></span></i></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">along with the Dupioni Silk side panels.  </span></span></i></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">We took the cornice down to paint </span></span></i></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">and I decided not to hang it back up.</span></span></i></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">My original plan </span></span></i></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">was to order new curtain panels </span></span></i></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">for the window </span></span></i></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">and re-purpose the old ones somewhere else.   </span></span></i></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">I started pricing out new panels </span></span></i></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">and found that even with my discount </span></span></i></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">they were too expensive for now.  </span></span></i></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">The ceilings are 10 feet in this room </span></span></i></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">which makes it hard to buy something off the rack.  </span></span></i></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">So, I resigned myself </span></span></i></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">to using the side panels without the cornice.  </span></span></i></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">I felt that the cornice </span></span></i></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">was making the room look smaller </span></span></i></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">and throwing too much gold into the room.  </span></span></i></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"> I found two heavy duty decorative rods that would be </span></span></i></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">perfect for my side panels.  </span></span></i></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">I couldn't believe that I found them </span></span></i></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;
