style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">but I eat this Skinny Low Carb Blueberry muffin </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">EVERY morning for breakfast </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">so I wanted to share it with you.  </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">Over at our house we subscribe </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">to a low carb lifestyle.  </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">Not in a Paleo way, </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">but I will say that there is no bread, </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">chips, crackers, </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">or any snack type foods in our house.  </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">We don't eat white rice or pasta either.  </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">You might think this is hard </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">but you get used to it.  </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">Personally I feel so much better!  </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">That is not to say we don't splurge </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">every now and then.  </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">When I go out to dinner </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">I just order what I want </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">and never deny myself occasional treats.  </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">One of the recipes that Miss Beaux and I came across </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">was the Jorge Cruise Skinny Muffin.  </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">You make it with Flax Seed in a coffee mug.  </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">I have been using this recipe for over a year </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;">and have tweaked it a bit.  </span></span></i></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #666666;"><i><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New
